Zach is a mechanical engineer with over 5 years of experience working in the biomedical industry. Since graduating college in 2019, he has worked as a mechanical design engineer at Northeast Biomedical, an ISO 13485 certified facility. While at Northeast Biomedical he designed prototype and production medical devices, medical device test fixtures, and more.
Zach attended Daemen College in Amherst New York in 2013, where he studied Physical Therapy. After three semester he decided to change his major after realizing the course work did not interest him as much as the course work his engineering friends were taking. Zach then transferred to University of Massachusetts Lowell for the spring 2015 semester, where he started studying as an undeclared engineering undergraduate. Beginning in fall 2015, Zach declared his major as a mechanical engineering undergraduate. During the spring 2017 semester Zach began his first 6 month internship as a Process Engineer at Pfizer in Andover Mass.
Zach started working at Northeast biomedical in January 2018 as an intern. Following his graduation, Northeast Biomedical hired him as a full time mechanical design engineer.
